Remember to set environment variables XMODIFIERS and LANG:

csh/tcsh: setenv XMODIFIERS @im=SCIM ; setenv LANG ko_KR.eucKR
sh/bash: export XMODIFIERS='@im=SCIM'; export LANG=ko_KR.eucKR

To start the SCIM input method daemon, use command:

scim -d
